Terms of service
Last updated: 4 November 2026. Seller: Interview iq.
Who we are
InterviewIQ is provided by Interview iq ("we", "us"). When you use InterviewIQ or buy a plan, you are contracting with Interview iq.
Acceptance
By accessing or continuing to use InterviewIQ, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least 16, and if you use it for an organisation you confirm you have authority to bind it.
The service
InterviewIQ provides AI-assisted video interview practice, including timed questions, transcription, scoring and feedback. It is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any employer or assessment provider.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details confidential and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, including: using it for unlawful purposes; fraud or spam; infringing anyone's intellectual property; uploading content you don't have the right to share; interfering with security (malware, probing, scraping or overloading); reverse engineering; reselling access; or bypassing usage limits.
AI output
Questions are not official, leaked or guaranteed to appear in any real assessment. Scores and feedback are generated by AI, may be inaccurate, and are for practice only. You are responsible for what you say in recordings and how you use the feedback.
Intellectual property
Interview iq owns the service and all its intellectual property, including software, question content, scoring methods, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for personal interview preparation within your plan. You keep ownership of your own recordings and answers, and grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service.
Plans and payment
The Free plan includes 3 practice interviews. The Full package is a monthly subscription (£12.99/month) that renews automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). See our Refund policy for our 30-day money-back guarantee.
Service level
We aim to keep InterviewIQ available and working well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The service is provided "as is" and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You can stop using the service and delete your interviews at any time. When an account is closed, your saved data is deleted.
Liability
Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost opportunities or profits). Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. You remain responsible for your own applications and interview performance.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will post changes here. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
