Interview iq offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase of the Full package, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you paid with, or contact us via the contact page and we'll help arrange it.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from Manage billing on your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Cancellation stops future payments; to get money back for a recent payment, request a refund as above.
